PEACH CUPLETTES - RECIPE

☆ Small pre made graham cracker crust cups or make from scratch recipe below.
☆ Instant vanilla pudding.
☆ Peach topping
Graham Cracker Crust:
1 cup of crushed graham crackers, 1 1/2 sticks of melted butter, 1/2cup of brown sugar. Form in muffin tins or whatever mold you want to fill for cuplettes.
For instant vanilla pudding follow box directions
Slice peaches or cube them place in sauce pan with 1 cupcakes water and 1 cup sugar brown or 1/ cup of agave. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Place twom slices of butter in pan. Bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer on low for 15 mins. Let peached absord mixture and cool completely.
Fill cups with vanilla pudding and top with peach filling. Slice a few strawberries for color or a mint Sprague.
Place in refrigerator for 15 to 20 mins and serve, or cover and serve later.
