Cook ground turkey and season with soy sauce,fresh ginger or powder, garlic fresh or granulated, granulated onion or thinly sliced leeks, green onion finely sliced, seasme oil, agave and black pepper.
After fully cooked at shredded carrots and minced water chestnuts. Let steam for 5 to 10 mins.
Wash and cut a head or Iceberg Lettuce for the wrap part.
You can top with rice noodles or Chinese noodles for extra crunch.
Serve and enjoy.
